When it comes to sealing your concrete floors, Epoxy and urethane coatings are definitely your best bet. The sealants interact with the concrete slab in such a way that a hard surface is formed, making it 6 times stronger than normal concrete and impenetrable to various liquids.
The exact mixture of epoxy and urethane will depend on how the floor is going to be used ie; machinery floor versus pool area. These two floors will endure different wear, and thus need to be treated differently. The industrial floor will likely need to be resilient to harsh chemicals and capable of absorbing a constant impact. Whereas the epoxy and urethane finish around the pool area will encompass different characteristics. This type of floor will need to be non-slippery when wet, and look more aesthetically pleasing.
